Gemma

Elemental caster. Fire and ice skills with strong area damage. Frostbitten Heart (Gemma 2) is one of the most beginner-friendly picks in the game.

Selena

Water-dance spellcaster. Selena 2 (Dance of the Deep) is the community's favorite league starter in Season 13 — smooth leveling, low gear requirements.

Sage

Nature/support hybrid. Scent Weaver variant sits comfortably in S-tier — strong without demanding expensive gear.

Rosa

Holy knight. Rosa 2 (Unsullied Blade) has a huge endgame ceiling but needs specific gear to get going — great second character, rough first one.

Erika

Agile melee/ranged hybrid. Fast and flashy. Erika 1 (Wind Stalker) is solid; Erika 3 is squishy and not recommended for league start.

Thea

Versatile fighter. Thea 1 has shown strong real-player results this season. Reliable all-rounder.

Youga

Spellblade. Youga 2 is a proven, stable option for players who like mixing spells and strikes.

Rehan

Berserker. Melee bruiser. Rehan 2 is the stronger variant, mid-tier but dependable.

Carino

Ranged marksman. Carino 3 is the standout variant; Carino 1 is one of the weakest starts right now.

Iris

Summoner-adjacent caster. Iris 1/2 sit in A-tier — good for players who like minion-adjacent playstyles.

Moto & Bing

Gadget/engineer types. Fun mechanics, but currently bottom-tier for league start — pick them for love, not power.
